Sally Simms started out her career in Product Marketing at Google, and her experience there led her on a path in Product Management. She went on to found her own company focused on trying to understand people's skills and capabilities at work, and support them through relevant management. Following her company's acquisition by Bravely, she is now VP of Product at The Muse.

The Muse is a website that hosts career content and a job-search marketplace. The Muse aims to answer: "What is it really like to work there?", as people discover and navigate strategic job-searches and level-up their career development.
