This is a fun one! Laura, Tessa, and Michael shared insights and lots of laughs with Connor Diemand-Yauman and Rebecca Taber Staehelin, co-founders of Merit America.

Connor and Rebecca are self-proclaimed work spouses, possible AI chatbots, and truly a dynamic duo. They first met at Coursera where they focused on providing learning content to nonprofits and government agencies around the world. There, they learned about the incredible benefits, and also short-comings, of today's online learning platforms for adult learners.

Together, they co-founded Merit America which is a scaleable pathway to the middle-class for adults without a 4-year degree who want to access a new level of career growth and compensation through online content and world-class coaching. They aim to be the first non-profit unicorn, and are on track to do it by 2024!

Learn more on LinkedIn about Connor and Rebecca's impressive careers prior to launching Merit America. You can also read their bios on Merit America's website.
