This weeks guest is James Ketchell, who is a global adventurers and speaker. He has rowed oceans, climbed mountains, cycled around the world and also written a really good book; The Ultimate Triathlon.

In this episode we talk all about how James got into the doors, what his motivations were and what made him take on the challenges he did. We also chat about some of the mishaps and accidents he suffered along the way, and look at how he overcame those. As well as all that we also discuss the scouting movement in the UK, especially looking at the benefits of Scouts and how you can potentially get involved!
