Almost every woman I speak to has had some sort of experience with dieting, healthy eating and weight loss. I want to start off by sharing my own personal THE HEALTHY HER story to empower and inspire you that achieving healthy eating and weight loss success is totally achievable even when you have had multiple failed attempts!

It’s all about shifting your perspective and starting to look at things differently that you have before. I hope that in sharing my story you feel a little less alone and that you realise many of the issues you experience around food are felt by so many women, more than you realise.

So, in today’s episode I’m sharing it all.. because deciding to change the way you eat and improve your health is THE biggest journey of personal development you’ll ever go on and you are so worth it.
