Many times when we set goals we are trying to fix ourselves. We call it self-improvement or making progress. While there is nothing wrong with either self-improvement or progress, if we pursue these things because we are worried about not being good enough for others, ourselves, or even for God, we lose much of the best motivation for improvement and thus we don't move forward as fast as we'd like. That's what this episode is all about, a better way of pursuing our goals.
