“The easiest way to fail is to bring the wrong people on." -Jesse Malthouse

Looking for a community group that encourages and inspires connection among men?

In this episode, we had the chance to speak with Jesse, who discussed his creation of a men's group named "The Boys". Jesse described the program's three-pronged approach and the sessions they incorporate to help men connect with others, discover their true purpose in life, and elevate to their best selves.

Jesse Malthouse is an Australian entrepreneur and the founder of The Boys, a men's community that aims to redefine masculinity and promote emotional well-being among men. Born and raised in Australia, Jesse recognized the need for a safe space for men to share their struggles, connect with others, and explore their spirituality. With his main location on the Sunshine Coast, Jesse's vision for The Boys is to create a community where men can break down the stereotypes of traditional masculinity and be encouraged to be vulnerable and open-minded. He believes that true strength comes from embracing one's emotions and being comfortable with vulnerability. Jesse's personal journey has led him to encounter and understand the pressures and struggles that men face in modern society. Through The Boys, he hopes to provide a space where men can learn to navigate their emotions and become the best versions of themselves. Jesse's mission is to empower men to connect with others, break down barriers, and achieve their full potential.
