Today, Dr. Owen discusses the significance of understanding anxiety in family relationships and shares strategies for achieving healthy family relationships.

Dr. Kate Owen is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Family Therapist who has worked in the counseling and mental health fields since 2002, providing clinical services to individuals and families, supervising and training other helping professionals, and creating quality online courses and therapeutic products. Dr. Owen is in private practice on the Gold Coast and is a Co-Director of The Queensland Institute of Family Therapy. QIFT offers a range of professional development opportunities for counseling and mental health professionals, with the flagship course being the Advanced Certificate in Systemic Family Therapy program. This program is accredited by the Australian Association of Family Therapy and assists professionals in eligibility for recognition as qualified family therapists
