Ever felt like you were waiting to be found out even though you work hard, so so hard? Ever attributed your accomplishments and achievements to luck or to some other person or external circumstance? Is it hard for you to own your capabilities and skills? Do you ever doubt yourself in certain rooms and not sure what you could possibly add to the conversation? If that is you, then this episode is for you.

In this episode, I share the definition of imposter syndrome, where it originated, and ways to navigate it. I also share why your perception of someone else’s confidence can be overrated or misplaced and how time, experience and patience are key to building confidence. I’m also giving you an inside look at my earlier years as a practicing attorney at my first law firm. Be sure to share this episode with a friend and stay tuned for Part II next week.
