Talent is over rated.
And talking about talent only further re-enforces the wrong mindset.
When we reward and acknowledge 'natural gifts or talents' we remove opportunities from those who didn't win the genetic lottery.
That's not to say genetics don't matter, they certainly do. But we can't change them, so why dwell on it.
Why not focus on the countless number of examples of people with lackluster genetics in certain areas who wouldn't settle and over came those odds to succeed.
That's what we discuss today and how to better view the world to realise your potential and chase what you really want.
