Today's episode hyelights Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams to share his healing journey that has extended into the healing of the community.
We dive right in, covering everything from his experience with recovering from Type 2 diabetes through plant nutrition, his take on spirituality, and his efforts in office to bring greater access to lifestyle medicine to the community at large.
