While it's important to take the time to be with your emotions and understand them, sometimes what we really need is to take some space and perspective. But there is a fine line between taking healthy distance from your healing, and distracting yourself as a means of avoidance. Today's episode dives into the difference between the two, some examples of what they might look like, and why you don't have to wait until you're healed to find happiness.
