Ryan Graves is currently and assistant football coach at Temple HS in Temple, TX. He has just completed his first season with Temple and is headed into his 2nd season. Prior to joining the Temple football program, Ryan spent time in Waco ISD where he started his career. Now he has taken on a roll at one horse town and we talk about his experiences in both areas. We discuss the deep meanings behind coaching and the importance of adding to your toolbox as a coach. We also describe how everyday is a job interview as a coach and Ryan talks about how that is his mindset when he goes into work every single day. Ryan has made a strong career in impacting the lives of the kids that he coaches, and throughout this interview you can tell the passion that he brings in the interview is the same passion he brings out on the football field.
