Hey folks, welcome to what was supposed to be episode 400 of the Inside Property Investing podcast, but apparently is episode 401.
What I thought would be nice to celebrate 400 episodes and almost nine years of the podcast was to run through some of the biggest lessons that I've learned from the various podcast interviews that I've done - some from specific guests and others just by osmosis from hearing them time and time again from lots of different people succeeding in the property world and talking about how they were able to do it... seeing the repetition, seeing the things that have applied in multiple cases that have resulted in growth beyond what the average or the aspiring investor achieves.
Whether this is the first episode you've listened to, or your 400th, thanks for being here - I really appreciate you!
