I (Scott) was recently in a discovery call with a prospect when we asked what their USPs were.
They couldn't answer.
This made me nervous.
It also got me thinking about what else makes me nervous in marketing, especially the unrealistic expectations from prospects or clients of their marketing agencies.
Marketing agencies can cover a lot of ground, but what can't they do?
