This week, we bring in some great grab-and-go pizzas from La Pizza Italiana! Then, Mark heads off to Trophy Pizza to learn to make pizzas and have a conversation with their owners, Jim and James. We talk about the controversy behind pineapple on pizza, what it takes to truly make a great pizza pie, and the difficulty in bringing true New York style pizza to the midwest. Mark probably discusses his distaste for LaRosas at some point.
