Did you know British households waste a total of £68 million each year when boiling their kettles! It begs the question; how high is this number now, confined as we are to our homes, in close proximity to tea?
We sat down with Wachtang Budagaschwili, co-founder of Heatle.
Health is a Berlin-based sustainable kettle alternative solution. Faster, quieter, and more efficient, it wastes only 6% of the energy it uses. For each model sold, they plant 50 trees. Eco-campaigners for a greener future, they’re bringing science and the environment together, brewing up what could replace one of our most relied-upon devices.
The best kettles on the market to this date still waste around 30% of this non-recyclable energy, making them bad for the environment, and especially harmful in the long term.
