+++ MORE THAN A RIDE +++

Can you remember what it was like the last time you rode a bike or should I ask, have you ever ridden a bike? [smile]

I'm going to assume that you have ridden a bike even though it might have been eons of years ago.

Whether you have or not, this you do know - a bike has at least two wheels. Right?

Ok. We're settled on that.

What if I told you that a bike can be more than what you ride? What if I told you that it could be a great visual for your success as a leader at work or at home? Would you believe me?

Ok. Whether you believe me is not that important. But I can assure you that this episode of the Kingsley Grant show with our guest - Rich Allen - will make you a believer.

In this episode, our guest Rich Allen discusses how using the metaphor of a bike, leaders can get their team to be more engaged, motivated, and willing to do their best work.
