💭 What does it take to get everyone in the room to speak up?

Hubert Grealish
is an accomplished marketer with over 20 years of diverse international brand experience particularly on harnessing creativity and innovation in teams.
In this episode, Hubert defines leadership as one’s ability to harness the best of his team’s intention and bring it to life in a community that matters. The role of the leader is to create an environment where people can do their very best work, and part of that is to help each one identify their own individual superpower. This helps them enjoy the experience and it holds space for psychological freedom, creativity and motivation.
Hubert also shares how insights don’t often come from the conscious mind, but rather from the subconscious. To get those seemingly half-baked ideas out, he suggests mixing up the environment so that these ideas come from a place of vulnerability rather than from the ego of sounding right.
🎧 Listen to this episode to learn how leaders can overcome the limiting beliefs that are keeping them from bringing innovation and creativity to their teams.
