Welcome to this week's episode of Spilling the Beans! Today I'm sitting down with one of my three-year veteran Legacy Family Mastermind members here at the Legacy Lodge in Franklin, North Carolina. His name is James Wortmann. He and his family have a $50 million real estate portfolio that they own and invested in all with their own money. They never syndicated. They never brought any investors. It's all 100% owned by them. It's amazing to see what they've done over the past couple of years, and I'm excited to hear what some of those pivotal moments are that helped them get to that that size in just a pretty short period of time.
