In this potent episode of The Liberated AF Podcast, Jenna blows the fucking top off of the traditional view of discomfort. We have all heard “change requires you to step outside of your comfort zone” but it still feels really shitty which makes most of us want to avoid it. Ever done that? Same-sies. So what can you do about it? One, get really used to choosing to sit with discomfort. Two, change your entire perspective on it. What if discomfort (in moments that you know are for expansion) became surges instead of contraction? If your body feels SAFE to experience it, it’s going to feel a whole lot easier to actually choose it and to navigate it when it’s present. What does the word surge feel like in your body?
