Niraj grew up in Belfast with his Indian parents and was expected to work for the NHS like his family. Instead he became an expert sales coach and trainer. After 23 years working on London running sales teams from small businesses to The Guardian newspaper Group, he wanted to raise the standards of sales. So he wrote Everybody Works in Sales which was in the Amazon Top 100 on 21 occasions. He then set up his own sales coaching and training to keep small business accountable to help them achieve results.
