It is almost inevitable that the topic of resilience will come up whenever there is a discussion on burnout. In this episode, we will discuss resilience and why using it as the cure-all for burnout can be detrimental to your burnout recovery, trigger feelings of shame, and prevent you from seeking the help and community that you need.
