Let's talk about sexism, homophobia, and racism in sport! Many people like to gesticulate toward America and believe that only they can be so blatantly discriminatory - that would never happen in Germany! Right...?
Wrong! Let's talk about the "women's jobs" in pro sports, what coaches and athletes can do to support more women working in their teams or clubs, experiences of homophobia and outings, and what our responsibility is as white people to amplify BIPOC platforms, voices, and people into positions of influence in a white-washed industry that profits from athlete bodies.
