To be successful it takes risk, seeing the potential, and getting out ahead of everyone else. James and I (Jeff) share our journey starting late 2019 of how we found, vetted, and ultimately decided to get into Crumbl. We discuss the process and due-diligence we put in prior to signing a franchise agreement with Crumbl and how we secured multiple license prior to opening our 1st location. Relationships, being likeable, and seeing the future is crucial to owning a market or territory. We started as a franchisee with less than 90 units in the system and grew through a lot of failure and long days. We share lessons learned, skills you should have, and the team you should have.
