Today we’re joined by Scott Kiefer, the owner of Kiefer Insurance, who has been in the insurance business for 40 years. He started with group health insurance and individual health insurance but has since specialized in Medicare which is around 80% of his current business.

He also discusses the importance of hiring an administrative assistant and how this has helped his business grow.
