Welcome to Emily Gara, Assistant Owner based out of Monument Promotions in Swindon. Pivoting her career from performing arts to direct sales in Nov 2020 and has become a pillar of the team over the past couple of years.
She talks about her transition into team leadership and how to get the best out of people by understanding them and making sure you show that you care about them as a person as well. Treating people as individuals is a theme as well so making sure that you tailor your sales coaching for each person as an individual rather than attempting a "one size fits all" approach.
