Welcome to Fran Davies, COO of the Mantra Marketing Group who is celebrating a huge landmark in her career of 20 years within direct sales! Fran has been a long time mentor and source of guidance for the Mentorprise Group since it's inception so a perfect guest for our first set of interviews.
She covers her shift in attitude towards how she spends her time and making sure that she looks after herself so that she can properly support and advise others. Her mentality towards mentoring as an investment of her energy and her belief in what they can achieve to help them see past their own self-limiting beliefs. Refreshingly she also shares with us her mindset on being 'grateful and bothered' where the word gratitude might be used more and more in today's social media culture - what does that mean in practical application and how if you are going to do something do it properly.
