Frances is an author and journalist, blending writing as a hobby and career tool from Chicago Sun Times to Marketing/PR for Allied Signal and Virginia Commonwealth University where she also taught communications.

Masters from Roosevelt University. Online International teaching North Central Arizona University and Strayer. She has earned awards from Nat'l Federation Press Women, Nat'l Pen Women, PRSA. Northern Ill. Library Assn. and YWCA Twin Leadership Award.
