It's episode106.

This week I am starting to explore how we relate to food and drink and as you the listener the question - what is your relationship with food like? Over coming weeks I intend to explore this in more depth as it is such an important factor in building sustainable approaches to health and weight management.

I am also joined by Tim Lewis, founder of Stoneham Press and someone who has the spirit of the restless midlifer. Tim shares his own story that led him to his current focus and how life events have shaped his journey. I love to share the stories of people like Tim because for many of us it's a reminder that there is more to life and there is a big world out there.

Stoneham Press is a publishing, social media and training company set up by Tim Lewis at the age of 41 to publish his fiction books in 2014. He successfully published Timeshock: I want my life back, Timeshock 2: the Fourth Reich and Timeshock 3 : The Future Ark in his time travel series in 2014 under his full name Timothy Michael Lewis. Between 2015 and 2017 Tim published three books in his fantasy Magpies and Magic series, but Tim became progressively more interested in learning how to market his books and online business in general. His last book in 2018 was Social Media Networking where he interviewed 20 people on how they had used social media to get ahead in their lives.

Since then Stoneham Press has been more concentrated on social media training, self-publishing and documenting Tim's travels in the US. Tim was the host of the Begin Self-Publishing Podcast between 2016-2019 and run the #indieAuthorChat Twitter chat for the Alliance of Independent Authors between 2019-2022.

Tim is the co-host of the Oh No! Not Another Live Show!, a general interest interview show and runs the Book Chat Live show on Amazon Live and YouTube.

He is also the creator of the Tim Lewis TCF YouTube channel where Tim talks about his efforts to visit every state in the US (currently at 40 states) and general travel advice from a serial US traveller.

Recently Tim has launched Stoneham Press training where you will find several courses on various skills Tim has learned are useful for online business, especially with regard to video editing and live show production.
