Bullying yourself.

Today on The Midlife we are discussing the embedded beliefs within us that are harsh and rigid. Have we been hearing them and thinking them for so long that we believe they are true? Have we hard wired these beliefs so that we can not imagine we are allowed to think something else about ourselves?
