Welcome back to The Millennial Timeline Podcast! In today's podcast episode, I discuss how I finally learned how to say "no" and how saying "no" has transformed my life. Learning my limits and setting boundaries has helped me become a better daughter, friend, co-worker, and member of society. Sometimes saying "no" enables us to focus on our mental health, avoid the dreaded burnout, and focus our time towards efforts and passions that are more in line with our personal goals.

Thank you so much for being part of my podcast community! If you could, please be sure to rate, follow, review, and share with your family and friends on social media! It really helps get this podcast out to more like-minded people.
