Kayla Kozan is the Founder & CEO of Peak Wellness. With over 250 hours of formal training from U of T, Google’s SIY Leadership Institute and Mindfulness Without Borders, Kayla left her day job to make mindfulness meditation more accessible for the working professional. Peak Wellness develops impactful corporate mindfulness training. Peak focuses on evidence-based practices that are proven to reduce burnout, lower stress and increase productivity.
