"TInkering is a place where kids can pic up sticks and hammers and other dangerous objects, and be trusted." -Founder, Geves Tulley. Have you watched "Life lessons through tinkering" on TED Talks? My hubby & I are thouroughly addicted to these shows on Netflix. We can;t get enough of them, especially the ones about our childrens health & education. After you hear how Jonathan Markowitz Bijur explains his passion for tinkering & working with kids, then tune into the episode I mention above. It's all so fascinating that even if you don't have kids you'll want to know this stuff. It's about unlocking different parts of our brains & problem solving & exploring. All good things for us grown-ups too. If you are an educator or have a teacher in your life, please share this podcast with them (Hit LIKE & Share!) If you do have kids, then join us for open house & get your hands on experince (plus I hear there might be donuts) and the first 100 hundred people at the door get a free t-shirt! It's the coolest place with extraordinarily dedicated people. For all the details click here & join us MomAngeles moms who will be there Sunday, September 13 from 10am-2 unveiling Tinkering Club LA!
