Embedded Finance seems fait accompli, but in reality, it is just getting started. As products come into the market, and with the current regulatory oversight, there needs to be great care in looking toward the safety and security of users and consumers. As they say, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. In much the same way, building compliance and risk management into your products and taking as much care and forethought as possible is the best way to do that. Our own, Ian Horne spoke with two seasoned veterans in the compliance space, Luis Trujillo from Aliviere and Sara K. Weed from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, about best practices, risk realities, and what they hope to see for fintech innovators.

Guests:

Luis Trujillo - Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, Aliviere

Sara K. Weed - Fintech Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP

Host: Ian Horne, Head of Content, Money20/20 EU
