If you've ever experienced low back pain, then you know just how frustrating (and painful) it can be.
Although our natural instinct can often be to avoid doing anything until it resolves out of fear of making it worse, in many cases, rest is not always the best option.
In this episode I run through several things that you can do to more effectively manage your symptoms whilst maintaining some form of light movement.
