PUBLIC VERSION. Actor Vincent Craig Dupree (FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 8, SOUTH CENTRAL) joins Adam, Joe, and Arwen in the ArieScope Studio to share his career journey. From being discovered at his first ever audition by legendary filmmaker Stanley Kramer (GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER, THE DEFIANT ONES)… to literally walking around Los Angeles and dropping off his headshot at every agency he could find along the way… to acting in commercials and booking various television roles on shows like KNIGHT RIDER, A DIFFERENT WORLD, PARADISE, and FREDDY’S NIGHTMARES… to his starring role as “Julius” the boxer in FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 8: JASON TAKES MANHATTAN (a film he didn’t even realize he was starring in until another cast member told him at the airport before his flight to set!)… to his role as “Loco” in SOUTH CENTRAL… to making the decision to step away from the industry for a bit and make raising his son his one and only priority… to the huge commercial campaign he’s been starring in for the last 3 years… to appearing at genre conventions and beyond… VC has always stuck to his principles and kept his head squarely on his shoulders. (Well, except for that one time on a rooftop in Manhattan!)
