The NATA AT Compensation Task Force was formed in August 2021 with the purpose of investigating what influences compensation for athletic trainers, including economic, social and health care related issues.
The “CompensATion ConversATion” series, available through “The NATA-Cast” podcast, focuses on what the task force has identified as the five stages in the life cycle of employment: fundamentals, recruitment, advancement, retention and separation.
