This is the Full Video Version of Episode 2! Narcisa Pricope, PHD is a professor of Geography and Geospatial EARTH Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is the director of the Geospatial Intelligence Certificate Program, the Coastal UAS Observatory, and is currently supporting the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) as a Science Policy advisor.

During this episode we explored Dr. Pricope's background in education and research, working with image data by manipulating light, NASA's new Landsat Satellite, students in geography today, working with AI tools, and the future of geospatial and remote sensing science. Dr. Pricope's work focuses on research pertaining to Human/Environment interactions using remote sensing tools such as Satellite imagery and data, UAS imagery and data, and other forms of geospatial data such as Surveys, Census, etc.
