BuyerBeater began when Trever and his team of top real estate flipping executives noticed too many homeowners of outdated or distressed properties being taken advantage of. He had always pursued flipping homes with honesty to the homeowner as his north star, but unfortunately this was not the norm for the industry at large. So after 3 years in the industry he naturally gravitated towards creative options that not only provided more profit for the homeowners, butprovided more of a purpose that he wanted to pursue full-time. Since then, Trever and his team has made it his mission to prove he had the most honest and transparent models for sellers in any Real Estate situation. BuyerBeater was then created out of purely finding a way to be solution oriented for the benefit of the seller. You could say it was an “Ah Ha” moment, but the concept just made sense. Allowing opportunities to educate and collaborate with each seller, It has been so rewarding to show options that are not only easy, but always give more to the homeowners who are seeking help in an industry that tries to force their hand.
