What do you do when things don’t go as planned?

I don’t know about you, but I can’t tell you one time life happened exactly the way I planned it. I am a full out planner and thrive when I know what’s happening. I am constantly rearranging my life to figure out a better routine or schedule that I can thrive in. However, no matter how hard I try, things always seem to get off track, and I’m stuck problem solving my way out of it.

Budgeting is no different. Life happens that we could never plan for. Things change and we have to figure out how to make the most of it. Sometimes we are proactive, but a lot of the time stress keeps us reactive and doing whatever is needed in the moment.

That is what this episode is all about. I want to help you become proactive instead of reactive, because if you have a plan in place for the unexpected then you don’t end up using money that you need inorder to get through the pay cycle. This will prevent the stress and reactionary responses that put you in a negative spiral.

So listen in as I talk you through what happens when I get off budget and how I am able to reset the budget for the next paycycle.
