Action comes before motivation.

There is no lightning strike of motivation from the gods.

The quickest way to get motivated is to get up and take a step forward.

MOTIVATION COMES SECOND.

IT COMES NATURALLY WITH FORWARD MOMENTUM.

THAT’S WHY I CHOOSE Self-discipline instead of Motivation.

When you choose self discipline and focus on volume and compound interest, the results are inevitable. Naturally everything starts with our thoughts, and it’s our responsibility to act on our vision and TAKE action.

Most people freeze, because they are waiting on MOTIVATION.

Force yourself to start small and keep momentum.

Take action. Start Easy, but remember easy things are easy to do and also easy not to do.

Track your progress, regardless of how small it is. Everything you track grows.

To be comfortable with action. Take small action steps, BUT every day.

Sometimes we get super motivated and we want the end results NOW!

That’s dangerous. Motivational speakers and salespeople put it in that state so we can invest NOW!

For example, if you’re doing push ups and you can do 20 max, how many would you do today?

I know your answer - you’d go for 21, and even though many people will advise that, I would argue it’s better to do 10 today and 10 tomorrow and 10 until the rest of the week and next week to start with 15 per day. Let’s do the math . If you start with 21 on monday, because that was your max, you probably didn't have a good form from 15-20 and you’ll be sore till Thursday.
You'll do another 20-22 and you’ll be sore again and most likely give up.

If I do 10 every day, I’ll have 70 and no soreness by the end of the week instead of doing 40 and then quit.
