Many parents are worried about their teens no longer opening up to them as they used. Some of the reasons teens may not open up may be due to

1. Fear of Judgement

2. Fear of Criticism

3. Fear of Dismissals

4. Embarrassment/Shame/Guilt

5. Low self-esteem

In this episode, I share more about how you can have them open up to you. It requires some reconnecting tools, which I give examples of and having patience through the process.
