In this episode I am proud to present Liane Katz, the CEO and founder of mama codes. Liane is on a mega mission to get children into coding from a young age. She does this by making coding simple, fun and appealing to youngsters. Liane’s background in digital products and becoming a mother inspired her innovative approach to teaching coding. She has taken a concept which may have once seemed a too complex for children, and made it digestible for kids as young as three. Educating children, even those before preschool age, about coding is guaranteed to demystify the skill and produce confident young learners. In our chat we talk about how Liane’s business has flourished in local areas, as well as her being listed in the #BIMA100 2017 and recognised as a leading influencer of the UK’s digital industry.
