I'd like for you to meet Jeff Wulkan a New Jersey native investing in Philadelphia Pa. He shares with us how he purchased his first deal by using seller assistance. Although he encountered some adversity with real estate in the fold of a short sale. Which he took a hit on his credit, even after going through this ordeal he stayed the course, got back up on his feet, repaired his credit and eventually bought his first rental property.
His main reason for investing is so that he can diversify his 401k portfolio so that he's not only depending on a 401k to fund his retirement.
