Fact or myth: lifting weights and working out will stunt a child's growth? You've heard it for years, yet there are so many training facilities catering to young kids in the hopes of improving their sports performance. What is the answer?

I have heard it all in my 15+ years in the fitness industry working with youth from ages 8 and up. Personally, I started with push-ups and pull-ups in my room as an 8th grader. Tune in and get the facts to help you make the best decision for your family.
