Sitting on social media all the time may have taken more from you than you’ve noticed at this point. Feeling drained? Getting angry at friends or family members based on their very public opinions?   2. Division of people. Social media divides us.

  8. If you are not paying for the product, you are the product.
7 Ways to Break Those Bad Social Media Habits
  1. Disable notifications.
  2. Get rid of useless people that you are following. (unfollow)
  3. Don’t follow useless information.
  4. Delete the app from your phone.
  5. Change your passwords frequently.
  6. Delete your account.
  7. Increase your privacy settings.
