In this episode, I chat with Pixar artists Alan Barillaro & Marc Sondheimer ("Piper") and Andrew Coats & Lou Hamou-Lhadj ("Borrowed Time"). Both pairs are up for the Best Animated Short Oscar on Sunday.

"Piper" is the only official Pixar film between the two -- it was paired with "Finding Dory" last summer. "Borrowed Time" is an independent short that Coats and Hamou-Lhadj made on their own (but with lots of Pixar and Pixarian support) over five years.

You can purchase both "Piper" and "Borrowed Time" on iTunes.
