In 2017, Lauren's life changed forever when a memo she had sent to Human Resources at the Weinstein Company was leaked by The New York Times which helped to launch the #MeToo movement. Lauren's memo chronicled two years of abuse that she endured and witnessed as a young executive working closely alongside her boss, Harvey Weinstein.
