This episode is a little different and really lifts a lid on mental health issues that pressure can put on all of us who are trying to build a career and manage a family.

In this achingly honest episode Gavin describes his journey of dealing with the pressures of City life and what happened to him and how he dealt with it

He shares his thoughts on:

  • The build up to his breakdown and how it sounds so similar to so many people I know;
  • What it was like to have an anxiety attack and the symptoms we should look out for;
  • How he has recovered and rebuilt his life today in a way that suits him and his family;

And make sure you listen to the end where Gavin shares his key piece of advice that he wants to impart on other people who may be facing similar issues.

I also want to share this article which Gavin wrote on this issues we discuss as you may find it helpful.
