The term "Overtraining" gets thrown around a lot, often inappropriately. There seems to be a good deal of confusion around this issue and the associated physiologic processes. In this episode, we dig into the continuum of Overtraining Syndrome (OTS)...Functional Overreaching, Non-Functional Overreaching, Overtraining.
